Gathering and storage of client data

Littlebit gathers and stores the following client data, which may arise during a visit to one of our websites or during use of the Littlebit Internet platform:

Data disclosed by the client on registration for a Littlebit Internet service (e.g. personal data or use-specific and service-specific settings at our Online Shop). The client can review and, if desired, amend this information at any time.

Data generated during use of the Littlebit Internet platform, e.g: information about access to, and duration and frequency of usage of, a Littlebit Internet service; information about pages retrieved by the Client; and responses to offers from Littlebit or from third-party providers, inserted on to the Littlebit Internet platform.

Non-personal data generated due to technical sequences during usage of our website, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

Data disclosed by the client when participating in prize draws, surveys and similar activities.

Client responses to offers submitted by e-mail or telephone.

Utilization and disclosure of personal data

Littlebit processes client data to ensure provision of the offered services. Littlebit clients give their permission for processing of their data for the following further purposes:

 to fulfil the contractual obligations and assure high quality of service

 to keep Littlebit's operation and infrastructure secure
 for billing

Client consent and amendments to data protection requirements

The client, as a user of the Littlebit Internet platform and related websites, consents to Littlebit's gathering and, as the case may be, storage of its data - in line with the statements above - and to use thereof for the stated purposes.

Littlebit reserves the right to amend this Data Protection Declaration at any time. The respective data protection provisions published on the Littlebit Internet platform always apply. Users interested in these provisions are therefore requested to check them regularly. By continuing to use the Littlebit Internet platform or websites, which refer to this Declaration, the client contents to the current data protection provisions.
